- Definition
- a contractual document which ensures that, on expiry or termination of the contract, the services shall continue without interruption and/or degradation of the deliverables. It also ensures that where the services or any part of them are being migrated to an exit transferee such migration takes place in a project managed, professional and orderly manner with minimal business disruption. An exit plan is prepared at the outset of the contract and is an integral contractual annex.
