Definition
SNOMED: A dosage form prepared in a relatively long and slender often cylindrical form.   EDQM: A type of solid pharmaceutical dose form consisting of a preparation usually in a cylindrical or conical shape, usually prepared by compression or moulding, intended for insertion in or application to a specific area of the body.
