- Definition
- throughout this ministerial ordiance means the person who donates the cells or tissues that serves as the raw materials for cell/tissue based drugs (excluding those concerned with the body of a brain-dead person specified in paragraph 2 of article 6 of Law of organ transplantation (Law. no. 104, 1997).
